Career Seed ("we", "us") is a career-preparation studio: résumé scoring and building, mock interviews with AI feedback, application tracking, and related tools. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
An account is your email address, verified by a sign-in link — there is no password to protect or lose. Keep access to your email safe; anyone who controls it controls your account. One account per person. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age where you live).
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Prices are shown before you buy. If a purchase is refunded, we remove what you haven't used from that purchase — anything you already used stays used and stays yours. If you believe something went wrong with a charge, write to us first (support); we'd rather fix it than argue with it.
Everything you write and build in Career Seed remains yours. You give us the limited license needed to store, process, and display it back to you — that's what running the service means — and nothing more. We don't use your career data to train AI models, and we don't sell it. Export and deletion are self-serve, per the privacy policy.
Don't abuse the greenhouse: no attempting to break, overload, or trick the service (including prompt-injection games against the evaluators), no scraping or automated bulk use, no reselling access, no impersonating others, and nothing unlawful. Metered features are metered per account; working around the meter is working against everyone who pays fairly. We may suspend accounts that do these things — and we'd tell you why.
Career Seed is in beta. Things may change, occasionally break, or be reset (we'll warn you about resets that touch data, and export is always available). We make no uptime promises during the beta. In return, beta prices are real discounts and founding members are remembered.
The Career Seed product — its code, design, illustrations, characters, and name — belongs to us. These terms don't transfer any of it.
To the fullest extent the law allows: the service is provided "as is"; we disclaim implied warranties; and our total liability for any claim connected to Career Seed is capped at the greater of $50 or what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.
You can leave anytime: export your data, delete your account, done. We can suspend or end accounts that break section 7, and we can retire the service with reasonable notice — in which case we'd give you time to export and refund unspent purchases.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll say so plainly on this page and update the date at the top. Continuing to use Career Seed after a change means you accept it.
